RETURNS
We want you to love your new products as much as we do but due to the nature of our products and our strict regulations, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds. All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. We recommend new customers familiarize themselves with the texture, Length and origin  of the product so that you are informed before committing to purchase. 

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping ( 5-14 days and longer depending on inventory) -Processing times for wigs can take up to 30 business days. $25 set domestic shipping. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 30 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.  
Signature confirmation is included. We are not responsible after signature for delivery. Be sure to shake the box and check around for signs of breakage. If you feel something has happened with your package please do not sign for it. We are not responsible once it's signed for. 


PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you package may be lost please contact the carrier  to submit a claim. 

DISCOUNTS
Once an order is placed, discount codes maybe not applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. 

STORE PICK UP
We do not offer store pick up at this moment. All orders must be placed online.
