RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to love your new products as much as we do but due to the nature of our products and our strict regulations, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds. All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. We recommend new customers familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that you are informed before committing to purchase. Should you need to return any faulty/damaged purchase, please email us first before sending it back. Once approved, items must be sent back within seven days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after the seventh day of receipt or if the product has been used once returned. We will not be responsible for reimbursing or compensating any packages lost in transit. We will also not be responsible for the reimbursing shipping costs back to customers who miss their orders.

Note: Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using it.

ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow a processing time of 3-4 business days before your order is shipped from our warehouse. 

 

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

- Cost:  $15.00

- Delivery Time: Estimated 5-7 days after shipment has been processed.

- Inclusions: Package insurance covering the entire order value.

- Carrier: All standard shipping orders are handled by UPS.

- Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email or text when your order is shipped.

 

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

- All orders come with UPS and include package insurance against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

- In the unfortunate event of loss, theft, or damage, we will file a claim on your behalf.

- Claims should be submitted within 5 days of delivery via email at info@drikanicole.com.

- Once the claim is successfully processed and paid, you will receive a replacement or store credit only.

 

 

LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES

- Drika Nicole is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

- No refunds will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered to the provided address.

- Only store credit or replacement will be issued after a successfully processed claim.

 

 

ADDRESS INFORMATION

- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate billing and shipping addresses.

- Strict shipping security guidelines may limit address changes.

- Drika Nicole will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address entered by the customer.

- Please provide a valid email address and phone number for all orders placed.

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

- Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

- Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after processing and shipment from our warehouse.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

- Track your order status by entering your order number and email address on our website.

 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

- Drika Nicole is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
